East end grocery, if you have sticker shock remember the prices are in east Caribbean dollars. They happily accept the US dollar.

Good selection of items here, good produce selection compared to Best Buy. No deli counter. Prices similar to Best Buy. They take USD and will give you US change back.

Surely there are larger supermarkets on the island, but if staying in Island Harbour, this little place is convenient and they sell quite a lot of products. They have a surprisingly good selection of rum (Nicaraguan Flor de Cana and Dominican Barcelo!) and for a quick grocery shopping trip, this store is a good option. Staff was very friendly as well and you meet a lot of friendly locals who are happy to chat with you which is great when you're there as a tourist :)
