I booked Island Taxi and Tours in St. Lucia for my boyfriend's birthday trip and they exceeded our expectations. They were punctual, professional, drove safely and shared interesting facts about the island's history, culture and local traditions throughout our rides.
I believe our first driver was Ken (so sorry if this is incorrect♥️) and he was absolutely amazing! He even introduced us to cocoa pulp for the first time and he happily stopped so we could take photos along the way, which made the experience even more memorable.
Our second driver, Greg, went above and beyond by arriving with the special sign I had requested to make my boyfriend feel celebrated on his birthday. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us.
I would definitely book with Island Taxi and Tours in St. Lucia again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable transportation with friendly, knowledgeable drivers who truly care about making your experience special.

Booked an airport transfer through Expedia. Initially there were no communication from ITT but 48 hours before the trip they contacted by email and asked for all the details. Lionel took note of all details we had asked for (vehicle type, no of luggage).
On the day of the driver didn't show up so I called Lionel. We were getting late for the airport. He informed in 5 mins that the driver ran into an incident but he had sent a replacement. New driver Shane showed up within minutes. And he was a pleasant person to deal with, he also helped with the luggage. We arrived at the airport without any problems.
Always ask for the WhatsApp number- it will help you problem solve in such crucial situations. It is the preferred mode of communication in this island!

Calvin is amazing. I want to start off by saying we love ISLANDTAXI !!! Thank you very much for making me feel comfortable. We were two women travelling to Saint Lucia for the first time and we were greeted with snacks and a tour with some pictures. The journey was scenic and educational thanks to our driver! If you’re from London or abroad and don’t know which taxi service to choose please choose Islandtaxi. BOOK THEM!!! Once again thank you for the amazing service we will be booking again.

Great experience. Our flight into the island was delayed and they waited for he and got us to hotel safe. They are very responsive when trying to contact making the trip easier. Would only use them going forward

Be warned, the booking tool on the website is a scam price. It allows you to book a shared shuttle but you will get an email a few minutes later saying a shuttle isn't available, but they're able to offer a private car, instead... At double the price.
