Had a fabulous day in Puerto Plata. Visited a chocolate factory, rum factory, lookout point over looking the port. Finished with a great lunch. The van was very comfortable and Ismael is very friendly and an excellent tour guide. Would highly recommend him and will use him again.

Ismael's service including his own and Christian's was outstanding. They provided VIP service from the moment we reached out to them prior to our trip/arrival in Puerto Plata, to pick-up when we arrived - as per the attached pics - was truly phenomenal. They kept in touch with us throughout our stay to ensure our return was still as planned and on the day of departure, sure enough, Ismael himself was there to pick us up en route to the airport. The vehicles were clean, comfortable and very cool and modern. Extremely pleased and they will be the first I call when I visit POP next! Don't even hesitate to use Ismael's services - TOP NOTCH! MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TODOS!

Ismael picked our group of 10 up from
Amber Cove and showed us the best day ever! Fun fruit and veggie market visit, lovely panoramic Mountain View and a delicious local lunch. Van was spotless and Ismael was personable and knowledgeable. Such a fun day!! Book a day with him! You won’t regret it!

I had a blast!! Christian was amazing he was super friendly and patient. I had my one year old with me and he accommodated him every step of the way. Even picking up us with a car seat already installed. All the locations he took us to were beautiful and not crowded. And let’s the mention the food and drinks! I will be booking with them to take us to the airport when we leave. I would 1000% definitely recommend Ismael travels and trust me ask for Christian. You’ll have a blast!

We had a great tour with Ismael, great communication, friendly service. He took us to all of the best places and ensured we got to see everything we wanted he was very knowledgeable and attentive. We felt very well taken care of, no rushing no stress. It was a great day and I would highly recommend.
