Best vegan bakery I’ve ever been to! The sandwich flavours are so unique, and I love that they use local ingredients. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, it’s always a pleasure coming here. The coconut bacon (which is made from the jelly) is impressive and real good! Their gluten-free bread options are fantastic. My stomach never feels bloated after eating their baked goods. Their kombucha is delicious too, especially the ones infused with medicinal herbs. The mango is amazing and the sorrel is such a nice touch. Highly recommend this place to everyone, even non-vegans. The food is affordable, fresh, and made with care. Three Amigos is my go to🔥

I ordered the Three amigos but swapped the bacon for tempeh, but instead I got this mess. Black beans instead of tempeh, no chickpea egg and on the wrong bread. Cookies are good though. Reply: I’ve had tempeh literally thousands of times, and that ain’t it. No wins to be had with how much of the sandwich is gone, I took one big bite, my partner tried a bite and spat out her second one.

It’s Alive is a hidden gem! My child and I both have dietary restrictions and It’s Alive has multiple options for us both. I never was a fan of kombucha until I tried It’s Alives. Now I drink it religiously, and each flavour is unique and bursting with flavour. I only eat buns from here, and anytime I make an order they are fresh and ready for pick up the next day. It’s Alive is a clean, funky place where you won’t feel guilt indulging, as everything is made with your health in mind! I highly recommend.

A week after my vacay on Saint Lucia, oh how I missed the carrot cake muffins. I am so glad I got a rental car so I was able to visit this shop 3x on my 5 days vacay. Everything I tried were amazing. The iced coffee hit the spot (tried lavender on one day and vanilla on another, both were good) and so did the mango matcha. Toffee nut cookie was amazing. Coconut yogurt was a nice treat/snack. My favorite was the carrot cake muffins. I stopped by on my last day before heading to the airport. Lovely people work there. Everything was very reasonably priced. I didn’t try the kombucha but many varieties.
