Ice cold AC so you can sit down and really enjoy your hot beverage. Great espresso and coffee.

I saw a few bad reviews but in my honest opinion the coffee was really great! Definitely better than Starbucks. The atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle. I would have appreciated a bit more vegetarian options in terms of pastries and snacks. For example a simple grilled cheese would have been nice.

To owners and manager please speak to your two employees who had morning shift May 2nd at about 8 o clock we were highly recommended by Kim to come try her coffee there was a young lady and young man working the service was the worse I have ever gotten. The young man handed us the wrong bag we opened it and took a bite and quickly noticed this was not what we ordered we thought they had cut the food in half the young girl then said we ate the food how insulting and if we wanted the croissant we had to pay for it they were then laughing between themselves truly don’t have this type of service representing your very nice cafe if you want to make this right either train them or find people who care our order was 15.00 BBD we won’t be back ever to your location but you can make a donation to a charity with our money…. to the young people find work you love to do as it is evident you did not care about your responsibility the owners/ managers left you with and remember you are the face of the company DO Better !!!!

Loved Italia Coffee Barbados. Fantastic coffee, great food, and such a welcoming atmosphere. The perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the island vibe. Friendly service and consistently excellent quality definitely worth visiting.

I love italia coffee, I buy it atleast 4 to 5 times per week, however as of recently, the service in the sunset crest branch is horrible. The staff is rude and the coffee is horrible, not to mention they always get your order wrong and then is argumentative. I usually frequent 3 locations, love sheraton and hastings and the staff, however sunset crest branch needs new baristas.
