Holding the license Hostage is not the way to do business.I renewed my licenwith them, and they won't hand it over unless I make a $50 purchase. I had license in NJ and never had any issues.. Come to PR and they start with lies and rules that are not in the Department of Health. No where in their regulations did I read in order to get your licenses you must buy from the dispensary where you renewed it...Scam! Last time they send it to my email without any problems, now their making rules and put their contact on the application to force me to pay them a second time to release my license Scam!
