We recently travelled to Jamaica from the UK for a week, staying at Ocean Coral Spring Resort as a family of four (two adults and two children aged 13 and 14). Before our trip, we came across Desmond and Jamaica Eternal Tours through Facebook groups where he had received excellent reviews. After contacting him via WhatsApp for quotes on three different day trips, we found him to be friendly, professional, responsive, and very reasonably priced. We booked Desmond for transport over three separate days, visiting Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, and to the Richmond Estate where we were able to spend time with relatives. Throughout our trips, Desmond was incredibly accommodating, waiting for us at various attractions, beaches, and stop-offs, or arranging collection times that suited our schedule. Desmond also recommended excursions and helped us with comparing prices and bookings. What really set Desmond apart was his local knowledge and genuine passion for Jamaica. He shared fascinating information about the island, offered practical advice about Jamaican culture and daily life, and helped us experience the country beyond the typic tourist attractions. Desmond is trustworthy, reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about ensuring his customers have the best possible experience. His warm personality and dedication to customer service made our holiday even more memorable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Desmond and Jamaica Eternal Tours to friends and family, and we will definitely be booking with him again on our next visit to Jamaica. Desmond is the best! I am a flight attendant and we travel around the world. I would definitely use this company again. Desmond showed up a bit early to pick us, party of 4, at Ocean Coral Springs. Amazing service. Desmond "no problem" Brown is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is always on time for your pick up and drop off and always has a smile on his face. Truly a great experience all the way around. We will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Brilliant service , was waiting for us when we arrived in jamaica and took us to our hotel . Desmond had cold beers , coke and water for the journey . While we was in jamaica we dis several trips with Desmond - 9 miles , kingston , atv , rafting , luminous lagoon and swimming with dolphins Wealth of knowledge Highly recommend desmond

Desmond "No Problem" Brown was a fantabulous driver! Even made a stop out of the way for us. Gave us a history of places we passed along the way to our resort. We felt so welcome to Jamaica because of him. Very highly recommend!!
