Juan and his drivers were extremely professional, responsive, safe, and accommodating. We managed 11 people with different flights and transportation needs for a whole weeks worth of adventures - Juan made this process fun and easy. Very good price, with top tier service. Tip the driver well! They do an amazing job :)

Very professional. Recommend 100 percent. Very Smooth ride from Piedra Blanca, Bonao to Punta Cana. Everything was perfect. Very safe driving from Juan Carlos. I fully recommend them for everyone traveling in Dominican Republic! Un excelente servicio de transporte.

My travel group of four friends were pleasantly satisfied the services we received from JC Taxi services.
Booking: We had a complicated itinerary that involved multiple airport trips, multiple day trips, and a major language barrier. Carlos and his team were able to accommodate all our requests at a great price.
Customer Service: Carlos was very professional, responded promptly and answered all questions in detail. He was even able to recommend sites to visit and tips to maximize our trip. Our drivers Victor and Alfredo were professional and accommodating.
Value: JC provided great value for what we were seeking on the trip. We got to experience the typical tourist highlights, as well as unique local experiences. The vehicles were very clean, maintained and had A/C!
Recommended for: This company is a good match for solo travelers, female travelers, families (large vehicles), and those willing to spend a bit more for a personalized experience.
Tip: When booking, be clear about your budget and what you want to experience. JC Taxi services are very accommodating and will help you with the perfect itinerary.

I chose JC transport initially because of all the positive reviews. Once I booked the trip for my family JC was in constant communication with me until we were picked up. He was very patient and kind. He made us feel comfortable and gave us very good advice about things in the local area. Our return trip was no exception, he sent confirmation the day before, arrived punctually and gave a comfortable trip. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a reliable transportation company that gives a good service. I will use them for my next trip while in the Dominican Republic.

Traveled to Las Terrenas from Santo Domingo airport, and Las Terrenas to Punta Cana via JC team’s exceptional service. The JC team was always punctual, attentive, and friendly; they also offered helpful local tips / things to do / eat in the areas we visited. Communication pre- and during taxi trips were proactive & timely. The JC team is an integral part of why we had a fantastic time during our visit to the DR. I highly recommend for anyone seeking an extremely reliable and trustworthy service!
