A beautiful, authentic experience shared with friends who were visiting the Virgin Islands. Mr and Mrs Vanterpool are so warm and welcoming, talented and knowledgeable - it was a privilege to learn from them. I highly recommend this experience if you wish to learn about the history and culture of the islands.

Jenesis Studio is well worth a visit. There is a lovely warm welcome from the Vanterpool family and it is fascinating to hear all about what life was like in BVI in the 1950s. Reuben Vanterpool’s paintings are fabulous and show so many details of life just a few generations ago. The garden is beautiful and my children went mad for the coconut bread baked in an traditional stone oven!

A must to visit. Educationally intriguing on the lay of the land in the 50's thru the 70's in addition to the history of the herbs and fruits.

Very interesting exhibit by local artists beautifying an otherwise concrete wall. Content of paintings relevant to local society.
