This is the absolute best experience that I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office! I’m visiting from the US so felt nervous about seeing a doctor while visiting Barbados. Upon contacting the office, Dr. Forde immediately scheduled me for the same day. The receptionist was warm and kind and the waiting area was spotless and breezy. Dr. Forde was so genuine, friendly, and easy to talk to. She made sure she understood my concerns and explained her recommendations in simple language. She assured me that she would follow up with me in a few days to see how the prescription was working for me and invited me to contact her if I had any questions or concerns. However, she followed up the very next day just to ensure that I had no difficulties collecting the prescription and to ensure that all was well. I don’t know if this is standard practice in Barbados but it’s the difference between night and day compared to what I’m used to. I honestly feel seen and cared for by Dr. Forde. I literally wrote home about this amazing physician because she has truly set a new standard!! 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!

Dr. Forde is the consummate professional who truly understands customer service. My experience with her and her staff was nothing short of extraordinary. Kudos to everyone at JMJ Medical. 🙂🙏🏽

Dr Forte is a great job of following up with me after a visit. She takes the time to really take a look at my skin issue and so far the prescriptions have worked really well. I would recommend her to others.

I saw Dr. Barrow who was filling in for Dr Forde and she was great to talk to and work with, as was the receptionist. I can't wait to meet Dr. Forde, as am looking for a new GP that is closer to me.
