They never respond in a timely manner, or with any manners at all. Pizza isn't bad, I moreso order out of convenience but the way it feels like you're begging them for food any time you have to communicate with them is a hard NO for me. They take forever to get back to you, and even longer to deliver the pizza. So if that's your vibe, go for it. 🙂

Aside from the fact that you can't choose your own toppings, the lack of communication and service was really disheartening. They were super quick to answer on What's App. She advised about 45 mins based on one driver however it took over 2.5 hours to arrive. The pizza was undercooked and not flavourful. No apology and no explanation for the delay. Super frustrating. Would not order again.

Horrible customer service...We waited for an hour and 10 minutes for a whole pizza and a half..this is very poor..and no one came out to say "Hi..I'm sorry, but we are waiting for xyz"..."we are short of staff"..."the oven broke down".."can you hold for half hour more?" Nothing!..after an hour went by...and I started keeping noise and was ready to ask back for my money...someone finally came out and said "we waiting on the half"
Another customer came in and asked how long he had to wait and she(the cashier) told him 10 minutes...she went in the back and came back out and dropped the pizza box on the table and went back in the kitchen.
No "sorry for the wait", "thanks for your patience","have a good night".NOTHING!!

Nothing special, but reasonably good taste. Good value for a decent price. This was a telephone order, and it was available for pick up on time

Absolutely positively would not recommend!! Customer service is extremely poor. Was told it was going to be a 10 minute wait for the pizza, but 45 minutes later, I was still waiting.
