Very poor customer service. Staff acting like they are doing you a favour. Most of them hate their job, unmotivated, lack training in entirely. Management need to do a better job preparing their staff to better serve the customers. Poor management reflect through the entire staffing body.

They have a variety of things good place to shop. However, they need to understand that when the supermarket is full of customers they need more cashiers. Sometimes you stand in line so long you want to leave. But that's not very often so overall they are good.

Last time I was here was before Hurricane Ivan in July 2005. We had to stock up on groceries. Anyways it's nice seeing Clive Supermarket in full operation after all these years. It's also seen many choices of exterior paint over the years as well lol

Well I meant to post re visit on Thursday. Got there early as busy day ahead. Waited for them to open at 08:00. A few minutes later I asked male persons if I could go in. Told staff not ready and some don't arrive as where they live is hard to get in ad it's raining. I asked if I could go and start pick up stuff whilst they get it together. Was told if I went to US Embassy I'd have to line up and I wouldn't be complaining. What's the need for that comparison other than bad mind and rudeness. In fact I found the whole situation rude and unacceptable but it appears that these frustrated staff who are resentful and bitter of their situations exert unacceptable what they assume is power over some of us whom they resent purely because we've lived abroad and worked and returned to our homeland. I could go on but I use this supermarket purely because of its alledged 08:00 opening times as especially now I'm trying to avoid crowds and maintain social distancing. If possible I'd distance myself totally from these rude and bitter workers that make the current frustrating
Situations worse.
But I love my country and here I intend to stay and pray such individuals can join a line at US Embassy and get their visa and they can leave Jamaica to those of us that love being here.

I like this store for conducting commerce as a first world business. Debit machines were available to complete purchases, prices are clearly marked. I was impressed to find natural wholistic products on the shelves that I needed for my family.
