I’m very disappointed with my recent order. Not only was the food delivered cold, but important items were missing — I didn’t receive a fork or ketchup, second time this happen at this location and there was also one piece of chicken missing from my order.
On top of that, the delivery experience was uncomfortable, as the person taking the order behaved in an unprofessional manner.
Overall, this was a poor experience in both service and quality. I expect better attention to orders and more professional conduct from staff. I would appreciate this being addressed and a proper resolution provided

No idea about the food, got given wrong food, then after 40 minutes asked for a refund 50 minuets later still here.
No one seams to be telling us what going on and now they can't refund us so money lost.
Please do not go here.

HORRIBLE. 0/10 don't recommend i would not put this on my worst enemy. i ordered an 8 piece chick 'n share, with a large frie.the chips looked like it they were done last week. the chicken was pink on the inside and and smelt badly , worse kfc branch in barbados

Went in only 2 customers waiting. I stood at the cashier point for 12 mins before someone attended to me. My order was checked at 14:21pm I never left till 14:38pm. Ridiculous. Poor service
