Their service is soo poor. I ordered food to be delivered for 1:45 by “Jarad”. Its currently 4:02. NO food. NO call from KFC explaining the lateness. The driver REFUSES to reply to my calls and texts. And the funny thing is, i paid ONLINE.
So tired of this mediocre service.

Worst delivery worst service. KFC Barbados is a joke. Order kfc since 5pm it’s 9pm and no food. No call no messages.

Thanks for putting me off kfc for the rest of my life!
Horrible, unfriendly, unwelcoming staff that can’t even be bothered to talk to you, they just grunt at you and make noises.
The food was horrific, iv travelled to a lot of countries and this is definitely the worst place iv ever eaten in my life.

Have never waited for a fast food order that long anywhere else in the world. It’s a world braking record speed! Toilets closed :(
They are definitely short of staff. Shame on KFC to save on workers. Crowds waiting in line and one person taking orders and ONE distributing them in PICK hours. Impossible 🙅

Worst experience with a delivery order ever! I waited for almost 3 hours and yet no food. Called KFC and they keep putting me on hold or not picking up altogether.
Don’t order from these guys.
