Literally sat at the order speaker for 15 minutes and there was only two cars in front of me they literally waited till they served the two customers in front of me before they took my order does this even make sense? LOL please can someone train the employees how to be efficient and take orders. It's almost as if they make each order to order. Then to top it off when she does come back to ask what I want to order before she even asked she then informs me that there is only spicy chicken left. I mean you could have told me that before making me wait 15 minutes just absolutely terrible service.

Delivery time is set at 90 minutes after you order, fine, they're giving themselves time. But then when the 90 minutes are up, and I didn't receive the order, I gave an additional 30 minutes before I called, to be told that they're waiting on a driver and can't provide and estimated time of delivery. The tracking information didn't update, I didn't receive an email and no one called to say there would be a delay.

I made my order at 8:30 pm it's 10:14 pm I have been calling Adrian as stated on my bill as the person doing the delivery no answer now the app says my delivery will be at 11:04 pm this I disrespectful will never use this service again

This place is unbelievable slow. The workers move at snails pace. It took almost an hour to receive my food after it was placed and after receiving it the portion felt like they were diminished. They hot wings looked like nuggets and the taste was subpar. This will be my first negative rating. An absolute disappointment. I expected better from the Caribbean community.

1 hr of waiting for a dog’s breakfast. I want my money back!!! This is supposed to be a zinger sandwich with lettuce and the special zinger sauce. Do better KFC. I will be returning tomorrow for a refund.
