1 hr of waiting for a dog’s breakfast. I want my money back!!! This is supposed to be a zinger sandwich with lettuce and the special zinger sauce. Do better KFC. I will be returning tomorrow for a refund.

Just went here today August 6, 2025 at around 1:30pm. Went through the drive through. My mother ordered at big box meal and when eating her sandwich, she found a bread clip in the sandwich. So whoever is on the shift making the food, y’all need to pay attention cause someone could choke on that. My father was supposed to receive 6 wings and received 3 instead. As for my food, it was alright. Would not recommend.

Wanted to enjoy this special but ended up throwing it in the garbage. Where is the quality control 🤔 Did you not open this to check before you handed to the customer? The bread had pieces missing, the cheese needed some help. Overall disgusting.

Disgusting!!I would never recommend eating here . Service is poor, consistent with all other kfc locations on island; rude staff, long wait times on my last visit, waited over an hour in the drive thru line ti only get substandard food (bloody chicken)which I discovered upon opening my box after 14 miles away from the branch.

They can update and refresh the decor all they want...but having consistently horrible service at KFC is not going to change unfortunately, as with all of their locations in Barbados, the attitude of staff...the disregard for paying customers is unbelievably the same.
The aloof body language, I don't care attitude is forever a complaint for years to management and nothing is ever done about it, it's almost like they hire the same kind of staff for all the locations.
The one in Warrens is probably one of the bigger locales and the wait to place your order is ridiculously long, most times only one cashier and by the time you reached the counter it's already 45 minutes.
The food isn't consistent either...to have such terrible service at an international establishment is something I can't wrap my head around and wondered how they're able to stay in business this long.
I personally think KFC International headquarters need to pay a visit to Barbados or something, because it's totally outrageous and need a complete overhaul.
