We had an incredible experience on the Grenada Highlights Half-Day Rum, Chocolate and Waterfall Tour, and our guide, Deshon, truly made the day unforgettable.
Our first stop was Clarke's Court Rum Distillery, where we tasted a wide variety of local rums and learned about Grenada’s rich rum history and production. Next, we visited the House of Chocolate and discovered so much about cacao and how Grenadian chocolate ends up in countries like the U.S. and UK. It gave us a whole new appreciation for chocolate back home.
Deshon personally recommended we try some authentic “under the counter” rum with local spices, which became one of the most memorable parts of the day. It was a genuine insider experience we wouldn’t have found on our own.
We wrapped up the tour at Annandale Waterfall, a beautiful and relaxing spot.
We enjoyed Deshon so much that we asked him the next day to take us to Grand Etang National Park to see the monkeys. On the way back, he stopped at a local restaurant he personally loves, where we tried an octopus platter and a Lambi platter. (Both were absolutely delicious!)
We highly recommend going on a tour with them, but even more importantly, we can’t recommend our guide Deshon enough!! He truly made our experience unforgettable.

If you are coming to Grenada, you absolutely must book a tour with King Js taxis services and tours, specifically Deshon, aka Sparky! He is truly a light to the world and deserves the absolute best. From the very beginning, his communication was seamless and incredibly responsive. He was perfectly punctual, arriving exactly on time with an amazing, upbeat energy that set the tone for the whole day. Sparky went completely above and beyond for us. He took us to breathtaking waterfalls, hidden local spots we never would have found on our own, and knew all the best angles to help us snap the perfect pictures. He was also completely flexible, tailoring the day perfectly to our pace. His kindness and positive spirit are contagious. Do yourself a favor and tour with Sparky. He didn't just show us Grenada; he made us fall more in love with our favorite island!

This was my first trip to Grenada…. one of many to come! I wholeheartedly enjoyed my trip and my experiences here on the island, including the full day tour of the island with King J. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous…truly awesome. I would highly recommend his services if you come to 🇬🇩!

Deshawn was an excellent tour guide and made our time exploring Grenada both enjoyable and memorable. He paced the day around our interests, never making us feel rushed while ensuring we experienced as much as possible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept great conversation throughout the tour. We even had a fun karaoke session in the car, which added a personal touch and made the experience even more memorable!
At each stop, he struck the perfect balance between joining us when appropriate and giving us the space to explore and enjoy on our own. When he learned that we would be renting a car later in our stay, he took the time to share valuable tips on navigating Grenada's roads and driving safely. His advice gave us the confidence to explore the island independently and played a big part in making the rest of our trip safe and enjoyable.
His professionalism, local knowledge, flexibility, and easygoing personality made the entire experience seamless and stress free. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Deshawn to anyone visiting Grenada. We would absolutely book another tour with him if we return to the island.

I have just completed 11 nights in Grenada I chose King J’sTaxi &Tours just from his picture, there was something about his picture not too happy or serious but professional. I can only give this company 10/10 this man Joel was fantastic, he picked and dropped me to the airport, I went to clubs, restaurants, tours , activities, last minute excursions, frequent requests and not once was Joel or his team ever late, nothing was a problem for him, my family was never ever made to feel like we were being rushed. Joel and his team is now part of my distant family. Please book you will not be disappointed. I miss Grenada already🥲 He organised all my activities and trips I just gave the dates I wanted them to happen, this is a true and honest review landed back this morning 31/12/25. Joel keep up the good work I know it will not be long before you have fleets and fleets of vehicles, upwards only👏🏾 🙏🏾 K
