Nice view of Clifton bay, watch the ferry come and go. Great Staff and accommodation is nice and clean.
Rooms have air con but you don't need it with the breeze. They have a nice pool, little restaurant, dive shop next door, kite surfing 5min walk or pickup from dock just outside, airport 5 min walk. Minute walk to the main street with bars, restaurants, shops, street food (make sure to check out Joy's BBQ on Fri, Sat nights). Everything you need on your doorstep, but it is quiet, sometimes you can here the music from the bars but I never found this a problem.

Location is perfect , a short walk from the ferry . Nearby swimming wasn't really possible so the pool was welcome .
Getting around Union island is easy enough . We spent time at sunset cove by Chatham bay . Fantastic .
The vibe of union island must be experienced . And the staff at Kings made it so much easier for us with local knowledge.
We stayed Feb 26/27. Next time we'll be here longer 😀

Great little place for a stay in Clifton. I had a sea view room with a big balcony overlooking the bay and the hotel even has a small swimming pool.. Friendly staff, big room, good AC, fast internet, Amazon Fire TV(with Netflix) King bed, sink and fridge. Less than 100 USD a night. You can get cheaper if you stay in the garden rooms without the sea view. The room I had looked as though it had been recently renovated, the hotel seems to be gradually renovating all the rooms.
Its about a 10 minute walk to the JT PRO kitesurfing beach. You are in the town close to the few restaurants and bars that there are in Clifton.
I am told that they also do long term stay deals at good rates. There seemed to be quite a few people staying monthly.

Great location for the ferry. Decent views. Nice staff. Use Tiger the boat captain for Tobago Cays trip. He's a great guide!

The view was breathtaking. Opens onto the seas with a view of the other islands and yachts in the foreground. Nice fresh breeze hitting you in your face both day and night.
