This is an all-vegan and healthy Ital restaurant. I am so glad I found this. The food is delicious. I tried one of the lunch plates and also had takeout of roti for dinner that night. I highly recommend this restaurant for vegans.

This is one of the BEST ital and local food places in the whole of Kingstown with delicious ital rice or soup for great prices!
It's a little hard to find but if you follow the Google pin and check the pictures I posted you will find a little shack opposite the Downtown vegetable market and the statue, go early as they sell out fast! They have a small amount of communal seating inside or you can get your order to go! There's no menu just ask what they have and make sure to get extra spinach fries (it's more like a fritter but that's what they call it!).
If you're looking for good local natural ital vegan food make sure to check it out you won't regret it!

One of my tourist friends is a vegan and found this place and brought me here. In addition to a delightfully healthy vegan meal, I began down a rabbit hole of learning the significance of Rastafarianism and colonial history. Many thanks, and sending love from the USA.

I’ve had #italfood from King’s and Queen’s Ital Shop in Kingstown @stvincentandgrenadines for four consecutive lunch days. If you know me- you know that this is a mark of an excellent meal.
The food is well seasoned and usually cooked in lots of coconut milk. Brown rice in different variations is always a staple. So far, I’ve head pumpkin rice, callaloo rice, rice in coconut milk. There’s always a piece of breadfruit and plantain, a veggie fry, peas or beans and another vegetable or veggie “meat”. They also sell local juices. I had passion fruit and it was good.
Cost to eat in, I’ve heard, is $10.00 XCD
Cost to takeout: $13.00 XCD
They also sell cake (seems to be a hot seller) hamburger, pizza.
They are located in the cluster of shops opposite the Police Station in Kingstown- just ask around.
