Perfect spa day. I had a mani and pedi, facial and massage. The receptionist Trinity was a delight as one who works in customer service she could not be any better. All of my services were done professionally and by a very friendly and knowledgeable spa attendant Oni. Oni is a great conversationist and very good at her job. The spa is very clean and spacious. You are offered tea and bottle water. Would definitely recommend.

This was the best massage I have had in a long time. We had a couples massage and facial and it was fantastic. Oni knows what she is doing perfect pressure and she will adjust to your personal preference. Usually get a mobile massage when we are in Barbados but it's been a hit and miss so we wanted a spa experience and so glad we found Kiwest, Will definitely be back they are so nice, facial was so good also. They are very nice and friendly easy to book and they offer a nice menu of treatments. The spa is clean and smells good. We left refreshed and feeling much lighter. I highly recommend we will be back!

I have been going to KiWest regularly for the past 5 years and I’m always pleased with the service. Trinity and Sabrina are very accommodating and always ensure I’m as comfortable as possible. The service is impeccable, conversation is always flowing and the jokes never-ending. I highly recommend 💯 KiWest for the win!

I visited KiWest Spa to purchase a gift certificate and on entry it had such a tranquil, inviting vibe-it instantly felt relaxing. I was greeted by Trinity who was polite, professional and genuinely pleasant; her warm demeanor and attentive approach made me feel welcomed and valued right away. The combination of serene surroundings and outstanding customer service left me confident that this spa is dedicated to providing a truly exceptional experience. I will definitely be back to try a service.

My pedi experience was an absolute breath of fresh air. Perfect relaxing ambiance. Nichelle was on point with the foot massage and my toes looked and felt amazing. Will definitely be back!
