My husband and I stayed at the Koi Resort for our 30th wedding anniversary. I can not say enough good things about the staff, the service and the accommodations. Every single person we encountered on the property- from the front desk staff, to the shuttle drivers, to the chefs, to the housekeeping, and the servers were so amazing and kind. They provided outstanding service and made us feel so special during our celebration. The food was excellent and the wait staff provided such great and attentive service (shout out to Edris and Kenesaw). We had treats in our room each day. The shuttle drivers were fantastic and provided excellent recommendations. The front desk staff were exceptional and helped us to book several activities. We could not have had a better time for our anniversary celebration. Thank you to the Koi staff. We love you all and can't wait to visit again.

Just had an amazing stay at Koi Resort for 2 weeks whilst visiting the Music Festival too. Everyone is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, the staff always stop and chat. The views from our mountain view room were amazing we chose to sleep with the curtains open to take in the views. There is no accessible beach but the one you get taken to is lovely at Frigate bay. A special mention to Kimberly on reception always smiling and waving as we go past. Edris and her colleagues in the restaurant were fabulous and Taron does a great job running housekeeping.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was extremely clean, private, and very relaxing. The staff were professional, warm, and consistently welcoming. Petula at the front desk made a great first impression and was very helpful throughout my stay, especially with booking activities. Edris in particular was truly exceptional—her warm, friendly personality made me feel at ease from the very beginning. She embodies the kind of genuine warmth you would expect from the island, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of, which made a real difference in my experience. The food was excellent, particularly the Friday “Indian Night,” and the chefs were happy to accommodate my preferences. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

I am so happy that I chose to stay at Koi Resort for my first time in St Kitts; everything from the airport shuttle pickup to the check-in process was perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions or recommendations I had. I also appreciated that while the hotel felt secluded, it was still easy to access nearby beaches and towns. The hotel shuttle made getting around feel very easy and safe. Furthermore, the rooms were spacious, very clean, and offered amazing views. The property is clearly well-maintained, particularly the clean pool and the restaurant area. Thank you for a great stay & would recommend anyone to stay .

KOI is one of my fabourite getaways. The rooms and great and the view is amazing. We enjoyed all of our meals at the restaurant. When you go make sure to ask for Nakita or Rashaun. They made our stay that much better. Prompt service, great conversation, they made us feel like we were at home.
