We had the most incredible week in February at Koi Villa celebrating with our family and closest friends. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations! As I was planning this trip for 18 of us, Ms. Keneshia was tremendously helpful over email with every arrangement prior to our arrival. She made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. Once we arrived, she and Mr. Gaurav, the F&B manager, were completely on top of every detail and ensured we had a truly wonderful stay. The staff were truly superb. The food was absolutely phenomenal and so tastey. Every single person we encountered at the resort was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The house itself is gorgeous and incredibly spacious, perfect for a large family. Each bedroom having its own en-suite made everything so comfortable, and we never felt on top of one another. The backyard and the views truly speak for themselves: simply breathtaking. St. Kitts as a whole took our breath away. It’s a stunning, quiet, and serene island filled with the warmest, kindest people. Thank you, Koi Resort, for making our family vacation so memorable. We will cherish this trip forever!

The Koi Villa is the place to stay if you plan on visiting St. Kitts/Nevis. The property is spacious, beautiful and gives you all the privacy you need! The entire support staff is amazing, friendly, and professional. Our entire family fell in love with Marva! She ensured all our housekeeping needs were met. She's super friendly, kind, and was an absolute joy to interact with her. Of course, Larissa and Keneshia set the standard for professionalism and prompt, courteous service. The Koi Villa is our #1 choice next time we visit the islands. #excellent!

This is one of my faveoruite places from my birthday, THE view is Just not even like it, the view is jsjust unreql and beautiful and this why st.kitts is one of our Mother countires of the carribean

Over all nice hotel. It's located by itself, no beach. We'll, there is a beach, but not walkable and the steps have been destroyed. Staff is awsome. Food is good, sometimes they where playing loud music, but that maybe cultural. There ate fly bugs that like to bite. If the wind is blowing, no big deal. Dont, leave your balcony doors open. There are monkey that visit20 dollar taxi into town and too the airport.

The property is absolutely beautiful! Exactly as pictured online. Keneshia and Larissa are amazing. Their professionalism and responsiveness are unmatched! Would definitely stay there again. 10/10. Excellent!
