We rented Apartment #9 at Kokomo Hotel, and it was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Culebra. One thing we especially appreciated was being able to access our room through the self-check-in system before the official check-in time. Since we only had a short time on the island, this made a huge difference and allowed us to make the most of our visit. The location is excellent, directly across from the ferry terminal, making it easy to catch a taxi anywhere on the island without having to wait for an Uber. There's also a snorkeling rental shop right next door where we rented our gear. Our schedule didn't match the store's business hours for returning the equipment, but the lady at the shop was incredibly kind. She contacted Cameron, the owner of Kokomo Hotel, who graciously allowed us to leave the snorkeling gear at the hotel so she could pick it up later. The outstanding hospitality, convenient location, and well-equipped accommodations made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Kokomo Hotel to anyone visiting Culebra!

I had a pleasant stay at this small family run hotel. It is well located right at the ferry of culebra and has its own bar and restaurant. I had a chat with the manager who is very friendly and easy going. I liked the rooms as they have ac and a hair dryer. They also provide free toiletries and the bed is comfortable. I did miss a TV in the room but it’s nothing crucial. Check in is from 4pm which is a bit late but you can work your ways around that. I recommend this accommodation!

Had a great stay at the hotel. The owner was very friendly and I felt welcomed. He is around the property and helped a lot. The room was basic but clean. The bed was so comfy to get me the best sleep during my trip in Puerto Rico. The room I had face the street and the bar was a bit loud until midnight but when I went to bed it was quiet and there was no issue. Definitely recommend it.

Pros -Across the street from the ferry -“Downtown” location, walk to all bars/dining -Great A/C -modern room -awesome balcony, overlooking water -Beautiful sunset Cons -Not the cleanest room or bathroom -stained/dirty couch -broken chairs -bug/insect zappers inside the rooms -SUPER LOUD We stayed 1 night and based on what we needed, this room fit the bill. Penthouse unit which was a 1 bedroom suite. The living room had 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. We arrived early but couldn’t check in until after 4pm. With no luggage storage. Check out was 10am. We called the-manager for a few items, including ice but he never came, even tho he said he was coming. If you are not expecting much, you wont be disappointed. The price was right. For 1 night, it was fine.
