They never answer their phone when called. I spent over 2 hours calling their customer service line nonstop and was never able to speak to a representative. absolutely horrendous customer service. I am absolutely convinced that there are no customer service representatives employed at Kooyman!

The staff is excellent, but be mindful of the rewards policy. You have to get your points at the time of purchase. Unlike some other places, they can’t add back-points from a receipt after the sale is finalized.

Amazing variety of home, hardware, and everyday products. The staff were polite and assisted me with all my questions. Highly recommend this store.

Amazing store - like too many places in Barbados the customer service needs attention 🤷🏾 I'm not sure what it is that makes service in a tourist destination like Barbados so 'hit and miss' -- lots of staff in Kooyman simply standing about or talking to each other rather than engaging customers. The store itself is usually well equipped though and has good availability of product.
