Possibly the best chef on the island. Cooking classic and modern French dishes with incredible care, flavor and beautiful presentation. A laid back outdoor atmosphere. Excellent staff. A better bargain than many of the other restaurants. Should not be missed. Gnocchi is incredible. Veal is excellent and is pictured.

Lovely atmospheric spot that exudes Caribbean. Fully outdoor but well covered in case of rain. Steps from Saline Beach so plenty of parking for dinner. Staff is wonderful. Cocktails are lovely with a fantastic rum selection. Food is rich and delicious.

Do not overlook this place under no circumstances. This is a must place if you want to enjoy a company you with, and of course the food. Every single dish is immaculately presented and delicious, drinks are excellent, and price is right. We will definitely be back. Thank You L'Esprit.

Fantastic restaurant!!! Every dish we tried was beyond delicious, and the restaurant itself is gorgeous. The servers were very nice and attentive, too! I hope to come back next time I'm in St Barths 🥰

We have been to France, Greece, Italy - this is truly the best restaurant we have experienced. The food gives happiness and pleasure. It is pure and all flavors are superb!
