I had an awesome stay here. Very home like. It was like my personal home away from home. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was good. And the pool was amazing. It is very close to the airport which was extremely convenient for me. I'm definitely coming again. The cook, Curt, also was an amazing chef.

Great place if you are need to be close to the airport. The pool is a nice touch to stay cool. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Curt and Shereena were very attentive and helpful. Props to them! Great staff.

Went here with a lunch pass and it was a really nice experience. The food was great and the staff was really helpful with directions and what to order. The oxtail and mashed Potatoes were perfect

I stayed here on a last minute trip to Grenada. The price is right- and the reviews decent. The good: there was A/C that worked great (not always the case in Grenada), a wonderful pool and the staff was exceptional. The bad- while I didn’t see any bugs or creatures- the sheets were yellowish and the bed was very hard. Perhaps some like that but much too hard for me. Looking behind the couch or under the bed it appears it hasn’t been dusted in quite some time. Also, the bathroom trash wasn’t empty. I will say- they offered to allow me a late check out of 2pm rather then 10am normal time for 100EC. That was nice.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life. I was placed in a down stairs room with the cafeteria and reception above my head. Every morning I woke up with either the staff or other guests dragging chairs across the cement floor which echoed in a room and woke me up way earlier than I needed to be. Breakfast is included not worth the money? One of the items is canned beans. The staff was marginal and somewhat helpful. Although not empowered by the owner to resolve most common problems. The knob on my shower control broke off in my hands. It took the hotel 4 days to fix the problem, which meant I did not shower for 4 days after repeated complaints. The facility itself is outdated and needs to be remodeled. My room was infested with cockroaches, the size of my thumb. After showing a video and complaining, I was told that the hotel would take care of it. By the time if ever, they addressed the cockroach and the shower issue, I had already checked out. The location is great adjacent to the airport and a lovely beach called Magazine. The beds were comfortable if you could get past the cockroaches. Shower pressure in the bathrooms was sufficient. If you could get past the rust stains on the wall. Customer service at this facility is less than expected. Once you have checked out, the hotel makes no effort to assist you in any manner.Whether it's a taxi baggage storage, nothing. I do not recommend this hotel.Avoid this place, there other hotels on either side that are much better for a little more money per night.
