Excellent service and friendly staff, The diamond in my engagement ring came out and I took it here to be replaced. The jeweler did an excellent job explaining to me why it came out, he replaced and cleaned the ring like new. He charged a fair price. Highly recommend.

Scammer. I came in here on a recommendation from a bigger jewelry shop with my new engagement ring to buy a plastic temporary space adapter. The other store didn't have it. Showed him a photo and he said he had it and will put it on for me. I trusted he was an honest person. Instead he put rusted metal on my ring which scratched it up and he stole diamonds on my bridge. Don't trust this shop with anything!

Do not trust this shop with any of your jewelry. My fiancée and I brought in our engagement ring looking for a plastic space adjuster, and Eric (the owner) told us that he had it and would help us put it on. What he actually did while “helping” was scratch up our ring by placing wrapping a piece of metal around the bottom, rip out 5 diamonds from the bridge and there was evidence that he tried to swap the main diamond as well by pushing it from the bottom. He then claimed that our ring was poorly made and that our diamonds had “fallen out” before we brought the ring to him.
Anyone who has ever taken their jewelry to Lazare’s Jewelry for repairs or cleaning should make sure that the pieces they get back is what you have brought in and not a fake, and should examine it for any scratches and damage.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Buyer beware. DO NOT under any circumstances give them your jewellery even just to “polish.” You’ll lose some pieces along the way. RUN

Found this store through a post on Facebook. They create some unique jewelry finds. It was easy to find, the staff were nice and prices were competitive
