Service - amazing. Employees all extremely warm, welcoming, and had a great sense of humor. Food was delicious. Loved the warm goat cheese salad, the striped bass with ratatouille, and the ice cream! The restaurant itself is adorable, such a lovely, cozy atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area! We stayed at the Wyndham Grand and it was nice to grab a meal offsite nearby. Please check out Le Shack!

An absolutely outstanding dining experience at Le Shack Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming, the kind of hospitality that instantly makes you feel at home.
The food was exceptional across the board, but two dishes truly stood out. The chicken liver mousse was phenomenal,
rich, silky smooth and beautifully balanced with incredible depth of flavour. Quite honestly one of the best I’ve had in a very long time.
The homemade burger was equally impressive. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavourful and clearly made with quality ingredients and attention to detail. Comfort food elevated to another level.
Le Shack has managed to create that perfect balance between relaxed atmosphere and high-quality dining. Fantastic food, excellent service and a memorable overall experience. I’ll absolutely be back.

Wow ... Best meal we had on the island. We immediately made a reservation for the next day, and the owner graciously accommodated us! We started with the crab cake, goat cheese salad and yellow fin tuna. For dinner I had the ribeye (delicious) and my wife had the fillet. Dinner was keylime pie and bread pudding. The food was not on our plate long. Fantastic meal.

We stayed at The Crane which is 5min walk from this place and Crane's food is not even half as quality as this restaurant. Crane should learn from La Shack.
Le Shack is low key place that you can easily miss from the road.
Food quality is excellent. Desert was fantastic. This place has good vibe mixed with good french music and friendly staff.
We came here to eat but we got dining experience.

We ate here twice during our trip and absolutely loved it. The service is attentive and non intrusive. The food is a neat mix of Caribbean and French fusion. The owner came by our table on both nights and we had a lovely chat about his other restaurants (derrière in lime grove which we also went to, as well as one he has in New York State).
We had fabulous meat and fish entrees and as my partner put it, the apple tart tatin is in his top desserts eaten of all time. I personally was partial to the bread pudding, which was a fabulous mixed of sweet bread and sourdough with a local rum sauce. One thing that particularly impressed me, was our server who we had both nights, had a vast knowledge of the menu including all the ingredients and components which is not always common. 10/10 recommend and next time we are in Barbados we will DEFINITELY be coming back :)
