We were guests at the hotel and forced to eat at the restaurant for two evenings as everything else was closed. It took literally an hour for the food to arrive which was very average at best. The prices are very high for what the food and service actually is. We also ate breakfast here which is also not great. The staff couldn’t provide coffee and acted annoyed when asking them for basic things like refilling the fruits. Would not recommend, try to eat somewhere else.

Carlos is a fantastic waiter in my opinion. The service in Dominica can be very chilled and sometimes a little cold. However, Carlos gives a quality of service that would be seen in a high end European restaurant. Lobster fantastic, fries crispy and delicious. Beans on the salad plate always over blanched, but I’m an a’dente man. Owner is a character who will make you feel welcome.
Special place in Dominica, enjoy.

Stopped for lunch at a beautiful resort near a lovely pool on the Sargasso Sea-cluttered Atlantic coast. Efficient service, generous portions, and everything seemed homemade. However, the atmosphere was dull due to the air conditioning.

We stopped for lunch. We had a local meal. The plate was generously filled with fish or chicken, red beans, salad, gratin, and rice, plus a juice. It cost us about $40.
