We stayed at the comfy Limeberry Villa on Tortola, BVI and Jonathan was our host. There were 8 of us and we all had our own very comfortable rooms and the suite we selected even had an outdoor shower which was so unique! The open kitchen/dining terrace and infinity pool are amazing and we spent every minute we were awake and at the house enjoying those amenities to the fullest. Tons of room and even a grill which we used 6 of the 7 nights of our stay. The Rite Way grocery store in Road Town Tortola has everything you need to include alcohol and wine to cook your meals at home and based on the prices on the island ($$$$) in the limited number of restaurants, it’s much less expensive to Cook your own breakfast and dinner at the villa & pack your lunch for your beach excursions! This place met ALL our expectations and I’d highly recommend Limeberry Villa to anyone who wants to stay at a place with a $5 Million dollar sunset view on Tortola BVI.

We just returned from our BVI - Tortola vacation where my family of 8 couples stayed at the Limeberry Villa on the mountain side. There are 4 individual air-conditioned bed houses with full bathrooms, which included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a hair dryer (1 room has an enclosed outdoor shower). Every room had spectacular views, big comfortable beds, closets, dressers, sitting areas, & they were clean! There’s an open kitchen with everything you need and a dining table for 8; an open indoor and outdoor living room; a grill patio; a few outdoor table and chairs around the extensive decks throughout to offer additional space; an infinity pool that is salt water, not heated, but warm; 2 washers & 2 dryers! Beach towels were available, along with 4 beach chairs, 2 coolers, and some float chairs you can borrow for the beaches. Bonus - WiFi and a stereo you can connect to your own device for music! There’s a T.V in the living room, however it was never turned on; a few games, and books. We also had housekeeping at mid-week. I would highly recommend renting a car, or two, as we did being a party of 8. Our host, Jonathan was amazing, and helped us arrange everything, from how to get from the airport to the ferry, to Jerry’s car rental, who had our rental cars waiting for us at the ferry station! He also helped us arrange for groceries & alcohol pre-ordered and delivered so we didn’t have to deal with that upon arrival. Returning our rental cars was easy too. Everyone, everywhere we went was very accommodating. Following our stay in Tortola we stayed at a hotel resort in St. Thomas, each couple in separate rooms, scattered about the property with no space to casually meet for morning coffee or quiet places for evening cocktails and conversations, and afternoon pool visits were with hundreds of other people, so the vibe just wasn’t the same. I highly recommend the Limeberry Villa or the Limeberry House, as we met a sweet family staying there on one of our island hoping excursions and they loved it! The local beach at the bottom of our mountain, Smuggler’s Cove had good snorkeling where we saw lots of colorful fish, stingrays, and crabs, etc…The beach is beautiful and sandy, some areas were rocky so I’d suggest water shoes. There are a couple of small bars to buy food & drinks and you could use their beach chairs and umbrellas for supporting their business. All in all, I can’t wait to go back, as this place is PARADISE, truly a Gem! However, I’d skip the hotel resort and stay at the villa a little longer instead!

**🌟 Paradise Found at Limeberry Villa! 🌴** If you’re dreaming of waking up to sparkling sea views 🌊, salty breezes, and sunsets that melt over islands like butter on toast—*this is your spot!* Stayed here multiple times and it never gets old. The villa is a serene escape with cozy vibes, comfy beds (hello, vacation naps 🛌), and a front-row seat to nature’s masterpiece. Bonus? Smugglers Cove Beach is just a hop away—perfect for relaxing and popping into Nigel’s beach bar 🍹☠️ or lazy days. Pro tip: Sip coffee on the terrace and let the peacefulness sink in. *10/10 would trade my real life for this.* **Jon, save my room—I’ll be back!** 🏡⛱️

Magic happens when you stay here. Jonathan's Villa is amazing. The views, the open air design, the tasteful colors, I would not recommend staying anywhere else when visiting the West End of Tortola. My wife and I have been back twice and will likely be back again. Limeberry Villa (and Jonathan's other property Limberry House) are truly 5 stars.
