An amazing “family feel” CrossFit gym in Barbados, me & my fiancé dropped in on their New Year’s Eve morning WOD and whilst we aren’t used to the 30 degree heat Kim the coach and everyone in the class made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great workout in an inclusive environment!! Thanks guys for a great last workout of 2024- we certainly hope we will be back 😊

Fantastic CrossFit gym with amazing instructors. I attended LP for 4 months while on an extended stay in Barbados, which was my first time trying CrossFit. Levar and Renee, the owners and lead instructors, were terrific in giving the support I needed to get going, with pointers and corrections along the way. The WOD here is challenging but you’ll feel so accomplished afterwards!

Amazing box! The coaching was spot on and the WOD was great. A real family environment and very welcoming. Highly recommend you get a pass here for your vacation or a membership if you're lucky enough to live here! A member offered to come way out of her way to pick us up and another member drove us all the way back. We couldn't thank them enough.
We went to both crossfit gyms and this one was by far the best!

Great Box! Excellent coaches with an amazing community! I took one week pass during my vacation, and every workout were well made and really challenging! I can only recommand this place!
