Service and place were excellent. Really enjoyed the lobster! If you go for petit, you will probably want more, so go a bit larger. Prices are pretty steep, but you are eating lobster on a small island, so not unexpected.
I would suggest staying with the regular vs blackened offerings - they use a blackened seasoning, but not done super well, so better with other styles. Appetizers were good, service was fantastic and the setting can’t be beat.
Note - they do have a couple vegan options as well!

The atmosphere is incredible, the space is beautiful. The view of the entire bay makes you feel amazing. The Bushwacker cocktails are delicious. The staff's service is impeccable, especially Elba's; she's the best. The food arrived on time, without delays, and was very tasty. The lobster was exquisite. The service was incredible, we definitely recommend visiting The Lobster Trap.

The atmosphere was very nice right on the water. Service was sub par and our lobster was overcooked. They messed up our order for the sides and didn’t fix it when requested. Lobster should not have been overcooked given the name of the restaurant. Was disappointed because the lobster dinner at Anegada was supposed to be a highlight of the trip to this island.

Excellent spiny grilled lobster and cocktails. Staff were a delight and views are superb. MAKE SURE TO CALL IN ORDER IN THE MORNING WITH REZ!!!

Came here on the recommendation of our boat Captain.
I highly recommend reservations. They will do it for you. You have to order in advance so earlier in the day, because everything is fresh caught for you.
I love the concept, and I love the atmosphere. The food, my lobster, was a little undercooked. The lamb was overcooked, but everybody ate everything, though. Desserts were delicious.
In terms of cooking, they're a little off, I'm being nice, giving 4 stars on that.
Great place. Cool little Bay to hang out to watch the sunset.
