Kinga was absolutely excellent guiding us around the Death in Paradise locations and the island of Guadaloupe. On time, dropped back for ship in bags of time too. Lovely air-conditioned vehicle. As Kinga is part of the community, we deffo got an enhanced experience…we didn’t want to do swimming/beach time…so we were able to use the time go to a local eatery off the tourist trail, serving amazing food. Polish, French and english fluent. Brilliant sense of humour ….Very highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful tour today on the north of Guadeloupe. Kinga enthusiastically took us to some beautiful spots including all the critical spots shown in “Death in Paradise”. Lovely picnic in the beach and lots of information shared. Also very flexible including numerous photo stops (and a shopping stop) enroute back to our ship.

Kinga's Death in Paradise tour for our small group on 3 March was outstanding. Such extensive knowledge of the locations, cast and crew. Deshais itself is a lovely place too. Thank you, Kinga, for making this visit so special.

December 25, 2023 Death in Paradise Locations tour by Low-Keytravel tours, Guadeloupe What an outstanding experience even with it being Christmas day and some locales being closed. Kinga was an excellent and very knowledgeable guide. She used to work for the Langles Resort in Fort Royal where a lot of the filming is done and the cast and crew stay during filming. Kinga knew all the players and had first hand knowledge about the show with interesting anecdotes about the cast. She picked us up at the cruise terminal in Point a Pitre early morning and took us across to the Basse Terre end of the island. What a lush island Guadeloupe is, and still low key and undeveloped. Once in “Honore” which is actually the lovely village of DesHaies we walked around visiting “Katherine's Bar”, the “Police Station” which is the old rector's house, next to the church. We were there on Christmas's day so the “Police Station” little museum was closed. We walked over to the church were the service was being held and enjoyed the wonderful music. We then walked to the pier and its beautiful views, and the beach where the DI 'shack is re-located for each series. For each stop Kinga was armed with photos taken during the filming, helping us relate each spot with the show. We then drove to La Grande Anse and the Langley Resort in Fort Royal, where she regaled us with stories about the cast and crew. She drove us in the hills showing us various houses either used for filming or where the cast would stay during the filming. Last we stopped at local restaurant for refreshments and a bit of Guadeloupe food. She drove us back to the ship around 3pm after a full day. I would highly recommend this tour whether you are a fan of the show or not. There were 8 of us in a small van, much more intimate than what the cruise ship offers. Great tour, good value and tons of fun.
