We used Luis and his Communication is on point .
He was early to pick us up, which was perfect. His car is clean well maintained ,& stocked with & hand sanitizer.
He’s very detailed and knowledgeable about the history and sightseeing of your location. Luis is a great listener. He will take you where you want to.go. We went to a great PR local restaurant and tried lots of new food. We felt very safe with him.
He was a delight to have as our driver. He made us feel like we were family instead of customers. He was always asking if we were okay or needed anything. He knew the Island from front to back. We will definitely be back because of him. We highly recommend him for any transportation needs.

Luis has been an amazing driver our entire trip! He is super kind, patient and the customer service is amazing. He provided great services and more. He was able to accommodate and provide services at any time. I am so glad that we booked with him, you won’t regret it!

It was my first time in Puerto Rico and there were a few places out the norm I wanted to visit. I chose not to rent a car because I was going in the mountains and was concerned about roads etc. And then I found Luis Zambrana in the group. He was my personal driver and brought me around the island. So you can do custom trips with him as well as traditional trips in San Juan and surrounding areas. The car was clean, he kept water stocked for us and he’s a great storyteller! If you are looking for a driver to feel safe with and trust- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!

We had an amazing experience with Luis! I called him the night before, and despite it being last minute, he was more than happy to be our driver for the day.
He arrived right on time for our pickup, which was so important since we had an excursion to get to. He was incredibly attentive and made sure all of our needs were met.
Lui is so personable and kind💗he made us feel comfortable from the very start. He truly went above and beyond by sharing information about the island, his culture, and giving great local recommendations. He even stopped at a local bakery so I could finally try the quesitos I had been craving!
Since our excursion was a half day and about an hour away from where we were staying, he kindly waited for us, which we truly appreciated.
His customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend booking with Luis. you won’t regret it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mr. Luis was more than accommodating on our ride. He provided water, mints, chargers, hand sanitizer in the car. He took us from San Juan to Mayaguëz and pointed out some amazing scenic spots along the way, giving us a photo opportunity and shared some history background. He is so kind and even called friends local to the area we were staying in for the best food spots. He is patient, friendly and very punctual! I highly suggest Mr Luis over any other shared trip services. He was wonderful. Will book again!
