Our stay at Bocobay LUX Villas Bubali Aruba exceeded our expectations! The property looked just like the photos—clean, modern, quiet, gated, and very well maintained. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable for four adults and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels, which were a great bonus.
The location was very convenient, with most places we visited about a 10-minute drive or less. I definitely recommend renting a car, as it made exploring Aruba easy and can save on taxi costs.
The staff was wonderful and communication was always quick and helpful. A special thank you to Brian for personally welcoming us and sharing helpful tips, including local places to eat and enjoy.
Bocobay, you officially have a returning customer!

So, this place used to be great until they changed management to Bocobay. Here is what we have now: 1) No champagne and no ice cream when you arrive; 2) No coffee capsules in the apartment and old furniture and beach chairs; 3) No remote control for opening the gate (basically you have to park next to the road and enter the code manually every time you enter); 4) No cable TV; 5) No room cleaning service (it used to be every 3 days free of charge, now it is $300 by request); 6) No shampoo or conditioner dispensers in the shower; 7) No privacy in the bathroom (but this was even before Bocobay); 8) You can't throw toilet paper into the toilet so that it doesn't get clogged - you will see a notice on the wall (imagine your family having to throw used toilet paper in the basket instead and how its gonna stink within the next few days); 9) Noone cleans the pool, so me and my 6-year old son had to do it; 10) No one cares about you unless you call or email Bocobay properties. How does that sound for a luxury experience? I don't know about you but I am going elsewhere.

Lux Villas by GG got into property management from Bocobay group in 2025. Their service is "tech-driven", as states on Linkedin. However, this is not a service you expect in Aruba. I stayed in Lux Villas many times since 2019. Bocobay brought lower quality services. Most furniture is dated. Sunloungers are squeeking and fabric is worn-down. Aruba Aloe cosmetics is not in the bathrooms anymore. There are delapidated beach chairs in the apartments. The A/C units are noisy and dirty. The clothes hangers, kitchen utils etc. are the extreme lowest quality and price apparently. Old espresso machines from Iperespresso are dirty, clogged or leaking and use the capsules unavailable on the island. Overall, definitely my last visit.

Amazing place to stay. Everything is clean and organized. I stayed there for a whole week and felt really comfortable. There are enough things In The kitchen for you to cook meals. They have a very well maintained pool with grills you may use. This place also comes with chairs and a cooler you may use to go to the beach. I recommend this place and I would, myself stay there again. 😍

Lux Villas was perfect for what my family of 4 was looking for. It was away from the hotels but close enough to drive there in a few minutes. I recommend having a car because you will need to drive to wherever you want to go. There are ~ 9 units in total, a nice pool, a wall surrounding the perimeter and an electric gate that we had a key for. The hosts were nice and accommodating whenever we needed new towels or more coffee. The pool area is nice and has a few grills if you want to BBQ. The inside of our unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. I think this place is perfect for a family, or a few few families, or a group of friends that want to holiday together. It is private, safe, clean, affordable, quiet and newer. I would stay here again in the future.
