We stayed here for almost 2 years. Everything was fantastic. Neil Williams was very helpful, and professional. We will stay here again on our future visit to Grenada.

SGU students be careful. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! scammed me of my security deposit after promising to return it, apparently they do this all the time to SGU students who rent. Not surprised tho since the management sucked--never address issues brought up by tenants, give "free" laundry service but limit u on tokens for machines that mostly dont work. Glad im out of there but please if you are an SGU student, be aware and cautious.

I've been to Grenada many times and stayed at different places. I swear my stay at LUXE MODERN RESIDENCIAL LIVING in Lance Aux Epines was my best stay ever. The staff and ambiance made me feel so at home. Very clean and quiet. My hubby and I can't wait to book our return to LUXE. Thank you, Mr Williams, for the breathtaking experience and the wonderful hospitality. Your excellent accommodation exceeded all expectations. May you forever Be Blessed.

We have had wonderful stays at this beautiful villa style home in L'Anse Aux Epines! The space was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe, with modern amenities that made our stay truly enjoyable. The rain shower was a lovely touch! But what really made our experiences stand out was our host's exceptional hospitality. He and his staff went above and beyond to curate memorable experiences for us, such as the welcome dinner and departure breakfast, which were both incredibly delicious and satisfying - a perfect start and end to our stay! They even arranged for transportation with professional drivers, making our stay seamless and stress-free each time. The host's accommodating nature and willingness to tailor the experience to our needs made all the difference. We felt truly cared for and appreciated throughout each stay. Modern Luxe is highly recommended!
