I visited M10 for the first time last evening. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the music was played at a comfortable volume, which made for a pleasant setting overall.
The food was decent, but I’d rate it about a 6 out of 10. Some of the dishes were a bit too salty for my liking, and the wait time was longer than expected, especially considering there were only around four tables being served at the time.
I’m giving a three-star review mainly because of the initial experience upon arrival. Despite a sign that clearly stated “wait here to be seated,” we were not greeted and eventually had to seat ourselves. There were at least four staff members present who noticed us and made eye contact, but no one came over to assist or acknowledge us.
While the environment itself was enjoyable, better attentiveness and a warmer welcome at the door would greatly improve the overall experience. With some improvements to service and consistency in food preparation, this could be a much better dining spot.

M 10 prepares exceptional local cuisine. The presentation and taste was top tier.
There weren’t enough servers the day I went and so the wait time was long.
The decor and aesthetics were pleasing.
I would definitely go back.
The price is fair and it’s a nice setting for smaller groups or a girls day out.

No one acknowledged my family and I arrival for 10 minutes sitting at a table, eventually I had to go get a waitress to offer us menus to take our order which was done seemingly reluctantly. Frankly, the service was poor especially since the waitress only took orders for meals without noting the refreshments to be added.
I have always dined at M-10 over the years, including family and school reunions and this is worse I have seen it. The ambiance has changed, so too the hospitality.
I am disappointed and hope that these issues will be improved soon to save such a once great place.

Poor customer service. My grandmother and mom sat for two hours without being addressed by staff. After two and half hours they were finally acknowledged to place an order. Thinking they could look through the menu not even that luxury they were allowed. Instead they were told only curry goat on menu while being the only persons sitting tucked away in a corner while the parking lot that was once filled with cars was now clear and only had yellow parallel parking lines. I am disappointed and will never try this place again. Absolutely poor service.

This was my first time visiting and I liked the environment. It was calm and relaxing and a nice place to hang out with friends. There was adequate parking and the facilities were clean. The food was good but the Servings seemed a little bit smaller in comparison to some other places. I had curried goat and mashed potatoes. I didn't like that there were no prices on the menu though. All in all, it was a good experience.
