I've repeated this experience several times already and highly recommend it.
Simon gently guides you through various treatments. I particularly enjoyed the time spent in the water, which allowed me to completely disconnect.
I also recommend the massages, both for relaxation and for releasing knots and tension. Suffering from a bone condition, I visit him regularly to help relieve inflammatory flare-ups.
