What an absolute gem of a restaurant! This is the best restaurant we've eaten at by far. The waiting staff were polite, informative and credit to the establishment. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and exudes a calm atmosphere. The food was delicious and very filling, no small portions here. The menu has a home cooked vibe but presented in a very stylish way. I had the catch of the day on a bed of cou cou, and my wife a chicken sandwich. The pictures don't do it justice. We rebooked for Sunday whilst we there as we were so impressed. We loved the background music as well.

Have you ever been to a restaurant that was so good you didn’t want to share? This is that place. Food that warms your soul, an environment that invites you in and a staff that attends to your every need. The food was comfort on a plate. Every morsel delicious. I wish I had more time to try more things on the menu. Truly a blessing.

The location of Madison Landis is near a main stretch where locals/tourists will have easy access from the Hastings area. The blend of vintage/antiques with trendy tropical colors in the furnishings and color palette set the tone of old school Bajan style (i.e., cane furniture, British tea service ) with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted and serviced by Kevon who has a bubbly and contagious personality. His attention to detail and recommendations were spot on. The food was delicious! I am a Southern Bajan so the ability to blend "down south" cooking with a taste of Barbados was a unique task and the Chef NAILED IT! The shrimp and grits - superb! Cornbread - tasty! I had the Chef's take on Cou Cou made with sweet potato (white). It was surprisingly delicious. If the guest is familiar with breadfruit Cou Cou, this chef's version tops that! The Cranberry cake was also a surprise. And true to the Chef's experience in Texas, ALL portions were huge from the appetizers to the dessert. For a special touch: The Chef, Danni greeted us at the table. She has such a deep appreciation for the culture, blending her Bajan roots with her American experience that it makes any guest feel at home + welcomed while experiencing a culinary delight. Through each detail, you will sense the passion and the extensive research conducted to bring a unique experience to Beautiful Barbados! It was a truly quaint and endearing experience, well worth the menu prices. **P.S. - The Chef also served in the US Army. #SupportVeterans!

From entry, we were definitely impressed. Beginning with the atmosphere,...beautifully designed and colorful. Paired with the 90s r&b, this place was a whole vibe. Our server, he was absolutely the best. He was courteous,attentive, and made the best mojito. NOW, the food. Pure Excellence!! The portions were just right from the happy hour menu. Our entrees were top tier. Large portions and the tastes/pairings were amazing. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place and food! The staff are so friendly and accomodating. Chef Danielle is so good and her food is amazing.Highly recommended and will go back again! Had the most amazing breakfast and dinner. Must book so u wont get dissappointed as it can get busy. Pls check opening hours too.
