Unfortunately our experience at Madre Tierra Glamping was not pleasant at all, I had tried reaching out a few times prior to trip and no answer, we arrived late due to lack of signs, the owner reach out finally and said she didn't know we had a reservation, mind you I called a week prior to arrival, then had us wait over 30 min upon arrival knowing I had told her we were on our way. Someone finally arrived, he didn't say anything,opened the gate, and had to remove the tarp from the "bubble" and nothing was ready, he handed us the keys and that was it. I has to reach out to the owner a few times since we didn't get Wi-Fi service, the kitchen was opened at 9pm but someone, because I had demanded we get these services we paid for, she did not give us a discount, she said if we didn't like it, then just leave. She stopped answering my calls, the owner was unprofessional, showed no compassion, and rudely stated that she had other businesses to take care of that day and there was nothing else she could do and went silent on us after that. The towels had holes and stains, and the sheets were stained.I do not recommend going here or supporting this business, in my opinion, she needed to have someone there while we were on our way, to at least makeup for not knowing we had a reservation, she should of at least made sure we had everything we needed and follow up to see if everything was okay, turns out someone else had called us stating she was out of the country. This person did not care, false advertised, has no integrity, and pretty much only cared about her money. We did not feel safe, or compensated for what we paid for. We checked out the next day very early prior to checkout and I left her a message since she did not answer our call letting her know we checked out and never heard back from her.
