Called two separate occasions. Very pleasant answering the phone, but put me on hold both times without returning with an answer. What's the point of taking customer calls if you have a policy of leaving the customer hanging on the phone?

Each time I have visited Mark's Auto Spares over the years, no matter if the staff has changed I am met with courteous and knowledgeable assistance. I'm always guaranteed to walk away with exactly what I need. No returns are required.

Sells brand name replacement parts.Well stocked display shelves.Affordable prices...easy access to all locations...helpful staff service is good and quick (depending on time of visit))
Parking could be tight at some locations
