The service was as always for me.. excellent...friendly and most helpful staff. The item was not at my usual Salters location and customer service rep Terry called the other locations for me and sourced the item then he asked the branch to send the item to them so I could collect it. I felt good as a customer to have such extended service but then again I ALWAYS get that type of service at the Salters Branch. Again thanks guys for making my day much easier.

Would love to spend my money with my black brother but call 2 locations. Won't answer phone. So I guess A+A

The customer service was excellent the young lady was very helpful friendly and professional she is the perfect example of great customer service.

Excellent customer service the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I actually witnessed the staff calling the competing companies to ensure the customer got all the parts he was looking for.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I finally tracked down a part that I needed and they held on to it for me until i was able to collect. Thanks to Camile @ the salters branch
