This company is a joke. Clearly 0 stars. In 2 weeks on martinique, no public transport was avaliable. Instead you have to burn money for taxis. I feel sorry for everyone who has to rely on public transport in martinique. This is a shame for France.

My experience on the two times I took the ferry from the Point du Boit Marina to Fort de France was very positive, as it was very punctual, efficient, and the cheapest way to get there. It takes 15 minutes to get there, and purchasing tickets was easy: there's a ticket machine before the waiting bench, right at the entrance to the Marina. Next to it, there's a timetable with all the weekday and holiday schedules. The cost is €18 return for two people. A small note: tickets can only be purchased with coins or credit card, not paper money. It's the only valid public transportation on the island, and I definitely recommend it.

We waited from 8:50 to 10:30 at Anse à l'Âne on a weekday to catch the ferry to Fort-de-France. When you search online, you first find outdated schedules. The only valid schedules are on the company's website. Tickets are best bought online as they are cheaper than at the ticket machine in Anse à l'Âne. The staff could be more welcoming. If you're not a local, you're unlikely to get a kind word or a smile. It's a real shame because it would make the crossing much more pleasant.

Today, May 22nd, on the boat trip between Anse à l'Âne and Fort-de-France around 6:30 PM, I experienced an extremely shocking situation with a security guard. The guard in question was a short woman (approximately 1.50 to 1.60 meters tall), with a plump figure, and a particularly aggressive and unprofessional attitude. This woman immediately verbally assaulted and humiliated me, assuming I hadn't validated my ticket, without even asking me to show it or simply asking me the question. She humiliated me in front of everyone, speaking very loudly, even though I had indeed validated my ticket and was therefore wrongly accused. When I proved to her that she was mistaken, I received no apology. On the contrary, some of her colleagues mocked me, seeing that I disagreed with the situation. The situation triggered a major panic attack. In tears, I tried to leave, but the agent started yelling because I had my back to her, and they even blocked my way even though I hadn't done anything wrong. I found myself trapped and extremely uncomfortable while she deliberately spoke very loudly in front of everyone. I find this shameful. I have a disability related to anxiety, and no one took my condition into account. We're supposed to feel safe on public transport, not publicly humiliated. I expect a genuine apology and an investigation into the behavior of this agent and the staff present today.
