We had problems but Anita Grant in sales was incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to deal with the issue as quickly as possible. She is a credit to Massy Stores!

My visit to this store was a delightful one, not only did I find the stove well suited for my kitchen upgrade but the wide variety of appliances and furniture grabbed my attention along all the other offerings.
I found myself drifting in spacious comfort from aisle to aisle browsing to my heart's content.
The trip to check out what the store had to offer was totally worth the effort.

A bit congested. Need more display space. Nevertheless, this is the home of modern appliances in well known brands. We found the staff to be attentive and ready to help. The location is good, with lots of parking surrounding this shopping mall.

Generally satisfied with the products and prices. Store is nice and spacious and currently following the Covid-19 protocols well. Usually the customer service is good. However, I had a bad experience with my last purchase which will make me think twice before going back.
