This is 1 of the bigger branches in Barbados. Nice layout. Clean. Lots of choices from different brands. Fair prices.

I had an experience of outstanding customer service this week which I wish to record. I inadvertently left my credit card in the machine at the check out counter. The cashier, Alicia Greenidge, followed me with my card. When she found that I had already left the parking lot she ran across the road to the post office where I was, to return my card to me. Exceptional customer service should always be recognized. Thank you Alicia. Massy Stores are fortunate to have you as one of their staff.

Easy to find and shelves always full. Large selection of items. Prices can be found slightly cheaper if you want to shop around.

Good variety of groceries and even some household items like kitchen utensils and small appliances.
Well stocked. Clean. Easily accessible.
A bit on the expensive side, but it IS Massy so that's to he expected.
