I am thoroughly impressed!
The lab is neat and orderly, and Keisha is gentle and has excellent comportment, making the experience very comfortable. She clearly explained everything with a warm and approachable demeanor.
What stood out the most was that I received a phone call to let me know my results were back and available for collection.
I'm extremely satisfied with the speed and efficiency, and would definitely recommend MediLab to others.

Outstanding Service and Professional Staff!
I must say that I have experienced consistently great service at Medilab. The staff are incredibly professional, kind and efficient. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable.
The team is highly skilled and they carry out their responsibilities with due care and precision. They take the time to explain everything, answer any questions, and provide a reassuring environment, which is especially important in a medical setting.
Additionally, the lab is always clean, well-organized and runs smoothly, with a minimal wait period. I am pleased with the excellent service and dedication of the staff. I highly recommend this lab to anyone looking for top-quality medical testing with a compassionate touch!

The ladies are absolutely professional and super proficient and efficient. One stick and the blood is there. It has always been a pleasant experience doing business with MediLab services and the results are always delivered on time to my doctor even when I make it at the latest time for collection. Hats off to the lovely ladies!
