Customer service was exceptional, attention to detail, and they took care in assisting me to get back the registration number from my previous vehicle. Sabrina was fabulous making it a seamless process after payment to receive my new MG5. Looking forward to purchasing the Riddara RD6.

from the first time that I was offered to test drive the Riddara to the time I was handed over the keys. Every process was top notch. I would highly recommend this company to do business with trust me they will take care of you and go test drive the Riddara. You won’t Disappointed. If you’re looking for possibly the worst service in Barbados look no further. My MG 5, purchased one year ago from Megapower, shut down (in the middle of driving I might add) about 3 weeks ago. I had to tow the vehicle to their workshop at my own expense, follow up incessantly for updates, only to be told there is an issue with the battery and there is nothing they can do as they are no longer the dealers.
So after a glorious 13 months of driving my new electric car, I am left without a vehicle and apparently without recourse as surprise surprise megapower can’t even afford me the pleasure of communication, the new dealer cannot yet assist and insurance does not consider battery failure to be loss of use.
They’ll sell you the car but that’s about it! Buyer beware!

I'm thrilled with my new MG4 XPower from Megapower! When I told them that I wanted to have a car in time for my birthday which was less than a week away, the Megapower team pulled out all the stops and handled everything to ensure that I got it in time - I really appreciated that! Plus, the guys at the service centre were awesome in terms their professionalism, speed and willingness to answer my questions and double-check any concern that I had.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
Good car, well priced, but the customer service is by far the worst in this island, and most likely one of the worst In the caribbean.
They have my car at them body paint shop for over 10 months, and still they are unable to give me an estimate date of completion or even give me the location of my car to allow me to pick it up in what ever condition it is…
This type of actions or beyond incompetent, it’s criminal !
And unfortunately there is no alternative solution on the island to deal with the fix of those cars, so basically they are taking you in hostage…
Stay as far as you can from this company those guys are criminal.
