Although it's been a while since our stay in January 2026, we still think about it often because it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The hosts welcomed my daughter and me with such genuine kindness and warmth that they quickly felt more like family than hosts. Their hospitality made our stay incredibly special and created memories we will always cherish. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and every meal we had during our stay was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. We genuinely enjoyed everything we ate. Everything about our experience was wonderful, and we enjoyed it so much that we would happily stay there again and again. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel cared for, relaxed, and truly welcome, this is the perfect place. Thank you for making our time in Jamaica so memorable. We hope to come back one day!

I had to take my time with this review !!!! From Naomy and Chris My stay at The Modrians was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The name itself is such a clever touch, named after the hosts, Adrian and Moreen 🙂 and it perfectly reflects the personal care and hospitality they provide. They were a great team and truly blessed ! The property was beautifully maintained garden that created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. One thing that stood out was how safe and secure I felt. Traveling in another country can sometimes feel intimidating, but the gated property gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my stay. The cleanliness was exceptional. The bedding was fresh, spotless, and comfortable, and the entire facility was impeccably maintained. Adrian and Moreen were attentive throughout my stay, regularly checking in to ensure everything was perfect, including refreshing towels and making sure I had everything I needed. The bed-and-breakfast experience exceeded my expectations. Each evening, guests were able to place their breakfast order and select a preferred delivery time for the following morning. Breakfast was always delivered promptly and freshly prepared, making for a wonderful start to each day. The food was delicious, plentiful, and clearly made with care. The hospitality was truly top-notch. Adrian and Moreen were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent before and during my stay, with fast responses to any questions or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for their guests' comfort made a lasting impression. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and transportation while still maintaining a peaceful and relaxing environment away from the crowds. Most importantly, the property had such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I never experienced any bad vibes….only kindness, comfort, and genuine hospitality. By the end of my stay, it felt less like an Airbnb and more like a home away from home. I highly recommend The Modrians to anyone looking for a safe, clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. I would gladly return and look forward to visiting again in the future. We will be back and spread the word !!!!

I recently stayed at Modrians in Jamaica with my boyfriend (end of October 2023), and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, Adrian and Mo extended a warm and gracious welcome. We arrived a bit early due to smooth transportation, but they were accommodating and made us feel at home right away. Their well-tended garden was a joy to explore. Our room was not only clean but also equipped with air conditioning and a kitchenette with a fridge, making our stay even more comfortable. During our visit, we were lucky enough to witness one of the chickens with its adorable babies, which provided some entertaining moments. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the delicious Alfredo pasta, which we enjoyed so much that we ordered it for a second night. The breakfasts were equally delightful, featuring fresh Jamaican fruits straight from their garden. Adrian and Mo made sure we felt like part of the family, and their hospitality was truly heartwarming. What sets Modrians apart is the genuine and fun-loving nature of this couple. They play music whenever you ask, enhancing our overall experience. Adrian even went the extra mile by helping us arrange a visit to the Green Grotto caves and providing us with a safe drop-off in Ocho Rios. Their openness to questions and willingness to assist with anything we needed made us feel incredibly safe and at home. We left with a sense of longing and a promise to return. Modrians is a hidden gem, and we can't wait to revisit this lovely retreat.

I recently stayed at this location & it was the best experience even better than any resorts. I love Jamaica and go as much as I can. I will definitely be booking here again it’s peaceful, fun the pool is clean and warm I honestly felt so connected to all the beauty The Lord has made. Thank you for everything catering to me specially with my pickiness when it comes to food lol. I had an amazing time definitely recommend. Everything is clean and smells great also the host are amazing and friendly. Thank you again I didn’t even want to leave lol.

First time in JA and they are the main reason I’m going back lol you get all the tourists attractions you want (much cheaper) and you get the vibes of being a local out of one place, the breakfast they serve is amazing, the pool, the proximity to the beach and food, everything about them is a plus
