we have been at the Monkey Corner in February 25 for 3.5 weeks and we would book it any time again. the apartment got the perfect size for a couple and for water sport enthusiasts the location is just perfect. especially for surfers. the Monkeys will wake you up in the morning and entertain you whilst you have your first coffee. we felt very safe in the neighbourhood and you can actually walk to Miami beach and Oistins. still recommend a rental car to enjoy the island. parking in front of the apartment is no problem because it’s a dead end. so no traffic apart of the monkey family passing by. also it’s just a 15 min drive from the airport. Anna and Mark are very helpful with everything. they will give you all the information you need for your stay in Barbados.

We stayed at Monkey corner for a couple of nights before moving into our own place. It was perfect, very clean, lovely decor and had everything you need. It is situated in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood so you are not secluded but it is very quiet with just the noises of nature and viewings of monkeys (hence the name). It’s great for couples with plenty of easy parking and close to Oistins and all the water sports action like Freights Bay which is good for beginner surfers, Miami Beach, Welches beach and Silver Rock which are both great for the kiters/wingers! Would highly recommend.
