So while the accommodations were clean and the facilities usable; the hotel itself needs an upgrade. The appliances were dated, the sheets were thin, the restaurant closed way to early to facilitate guests who check in late evenings/nights. The rooms are spacious yes but as I said it could use some paint, newer furniture and appliances and a bit more warmth to make it comfortable.

This villa was very run down. The first night my family and I arrived there were lots of roaches. Everyday it seemed that we were roaches and spiders. The sheets on the bed the first night were dirty and we had to ask for new ones. The room was very dusty. I suggest bringing your own supplies as we were not provided enough toilet paper or matches to light the stove. This was not a pleasant stay. The only nice thing was the view of the ocean once you stepped outside of the room.

I stayed in a 7 thousand dollars AC room for the weekend and we spent the first night killing cockroaches.Towels are very dirty and overused. The rooms however were simple but neat

I stayed here recently with some members of my ministry team, who had never been to St. Thomas. We enjoyed it immensely. Villas were clean, ac worked well and the hot water was great. We enjoyed mangoes and jelly water from off the property. Mr. Walker, the property was so gracious to our group. His mom was also very sweet and Chicky and Garvin made our stay really enjoyable. Every request was speedily met. Loved it. Wifi was good. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay in that area.

The beds are soft, furniture old and poorly built, mosquitoes and spiders in the room I stayed. We had water issues and had to be up by 6am because the workers came and started cleaning and was very loud and boisterous, even though check out time was 11am.
