What a fun experience! The location was beautiful. The drink was delicious 😋 Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The restroom was very clean, which is a big deal for me. My group all had an amazing visit!
MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW DRESS CODE: NO SLEEVELESS TOPS, CLOSE TOED SHOES. Otherwise you'll be wearing some pink crocs and buying a tshirt that costs around $27USD. Very nice shirts though! 2 color options. Red or black. 🥰

Informative and fun. My tour guide, Damian, was willing to put up with all my questions! And of course, ending off with a rum tasting. Definitely a must-do when visiting Barbados! (After all, it is the oldest rum distillery in the world...)

Really fun tour! Our guide, Damian, was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and relaxed the whole time. He had answers to all our questions, as a big rum fan I had lots, and was very entertaining at the same time. The tour was incredible and had lots of interesting things to learn, see, smell and the tasting at the end was great. He was very descriptive on the flavors and how to taste it properly. Damian was one of the best tour guides I've had on a distillery tour. (I've done Bacardi several times and the bourbon trail 2x.)

Great tour spot to visit. Unique run to the island. Inexpensive, and the longest consecutively operating rum distillery in the world. Very great tour guides, lots of history, and beautiful property! Would highly recommend for your Barbados itinerary.

While my wife and I were vacationing in Barbados with friends, we spent one afternoon visiting the Mt Gay rum distillery. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the entire experience, from beginning to end, was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Our guide Damien (sp?) was exceptional and provided a wealth of information about the history of sugarcane, molasses, and (of course!) RUM on the island. The tour was capped off by a rum tasting in the distillery’s beautiful tasting room… perfect! We highly recommend this to anyone visiting Barbados.
